A callout fee of $70 applies to all on-site jobs, which also covers the first hour of work. Additional hours are charged at a rate of $25 per half hour ($50 per hour) thereafter.
A flat rate applies to larger jobs (reformat/reinstallations, etc) performed off-site, with free pickup and delivery if required. These jobs are charged at an hourly rate (with the first hour/callout charged at a rate of $70) if performed on-site.
