A callout fee of applies to all on-site jobs, which also covers the first hour of work. Additional hours are charged at a rate of $50 per half hour ($100 per hour) thereafter. Jobs that are performed off-site (such as Windows installations) are charged at a flat rate, with free pickup and delivery within 10 km of Rankin Park (if required). Fees apply to pickup and delivery outside of 10 km. Computers may also be dropped off and picked up; please call ahead to arrange a time whenever possible.
